Thursday – 5 mins walk – 2.5 mins jog – 60 SECS WALK - 5 Mins jog – 2.5 mins walk – 2.5 mins jog – 5 mins walk. HR UP TO 165 DURING RUNNING AND BELOW 135 DURING RECOVERIES.

Very easy session.
